Exit the nag message that the product key should be 25 characters long, then Force Quit (Command – Option – Escape) the Outlook product key verification programĥ. Enter a partial product key and press enter/return. Open Outlook – you will be prompted to agree to license terms and asked for the product key. Select ALL the com.microsoft.*.plist files and drag/move to the folder from Step 2Ĥ. Create a new folder, say, “microsoft prefs”ģ. From Finder, navigate to Macintosh HD – Library – PreferencesĢ. After trying “select low res” option – no go, the “select Sent folder on start up” – no go, “Work offline” – no go.
